TruPrint 1000 multiplate 

The TRUMPF TruPrint 1000 with Multiplate is a compact metal 3D printer using laser‑metal fusion to produce high‑precision parts from a variety of metals. Its Multiplate option allows up to three build plates to run consecutively without operator intervention, enabling longer unattended production. With adjustable laser settings for speed or surface quality, it’s ideal for small, detailed parts like dental frameworks, combining efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in a single machine.

Rayfoster high speed grinder

A Fay Foster high-speed lathe is used in a dental metal printing lab for precision finishing and polishing of metal components Its high rotational speed allows for smooth, accurate contouring and surface refinement after laser printing or milling. This equipment ensures consistent, high-quality results by removing minor imperfections and preparing metal parts for final fitting or polishing.

Nabertherm heat treat 

This furnace is a German‑engineered heat treatment system designed for post‑processing of 3D‑printed metal components. The unit handles operations like debinding, sintering, stress‑relief, and annealing at high temperatures in controlled atmospheres (air, inert gas, vacuum) tailored for additive manufacturing.

DLyte polishing/brightness

The DLyte Mini is a wet electropolishing system used in dental metal printing labs to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface finish on metal components such as partial denture frameworks, bars, and implant structures. Using media and controlled electrical current, it gently removes surface roughness and imperfections without altering the precision of the printed part. This process delivers a consistent, polished result while minimizing manual finishing and improving overall efficiency and quality.

Asiga 

The Asiga printer is a high-precision 3D printing system used in dental laboratories to produce accurate digital models. It delivers exceptional detail and dimensional accuracy, ensuring a precise fit for subsequent fabrication processes. The Asiga’s reliability and speed make it ideal for daily production, supporting efficient digital workflows.

Oqcam 

A software-based optimization tool used in metal additive manufacturing to arrange, or “nest,” multiple parts efficiently on the build plate. It determines the best placement and orientation for each component to maximize print quality, reduce material waste, minimize support structures, and prevent warping or thermal stress. By analyzing factors like part geometry, surface quality requirements, and build plate capacity, OCQAM ensures that every piece is produced with precision, strength, and reliability — making it especially valuable for high-accuracy applications like dental frameworks.
